Privacy & confidentiality
All conversations are confidential.
On both sides of the search. Here is how we handle the information you share with us.
Confidentiality comes first
Executive search only works if both sides can speak freely. Conversations with candidates are confidential from the first approach, and conversations with clients are confidential as a matter of course — including the existence of a search itself.
We do not publish client names, candidate names, or the details of a search without explicit permission from the parties involved.
What we collect
For clients: the contact details you provide and the information you share about the role and your organisation.
For candidates: professional history, qualifications, remuneration expectations, references where you have agreed to them, and our own notes from conversations with you.
When you submit the contact form on this site, the name, email address and message you enter are transmitted to us and stored by our website provider so that we can respond to you.
How we use it
To carry out the search you have engaged us for, or to discuss roles with you as a candidate. We share candidate information with a client only with the candidate’s knowledge and agreement.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Long enough to be useful to you — executive careers move slowly, and a conversation today may be relevant in three years. You can ask us to remove your details at any time and we will do so.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at info@latitudeit.com.au and we will respond.
Latitude Executive operates as part of Latitude IT and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
